CPMS Training – 2016/2017
The San Antonio Water System is pleased to announce that its Contract & Capital Project Management System CPMS) is in production and as of June 1st, 2015, all contracts issued in support of the capital improvement plan (CIP) require consultants and contractors to utilize CPMS to conduct communication through CPMS, which includes all correspondence, submittals, requests for information/proposal, compensation requests and processing, amendments, change orders and other administrative activities as may be required in the contract.
If your firm is expected to receive a (CIP) contract award soon or if your firm has already received CPMS training, but need an additional refresher session, please consult the training calendar, which has been posted at http://www.saws.org/business_center/contractsol/CPMS/index.cfm. Only these vendors will be accepted in the training classes.
There are separate training dates for consultants and contractors – please be sure to check the appropriate date for the type of service your firms performs for SAWS. Most of the training sessions will be held at SAWS HQ, Tower II, Room 158, and last for approximately 3 hours from 1:00 – 4:00 pm. Please RSVP as soon as possible, as the training sessions can only accommodate 15 attendees!
