The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is accepting proposals from qualified firms interested in performing underwriting services. SAWS anticipates appointing qualified firms to an Underwriting Pool from which firms would be selected to serve as senior manager, co-senior manager, and co-managers. The pool is expected to remain in effect for a period of three years, with the option of a two-year extension at the sole discretion of SAWS or until a new pool is appointed by the Board of Trustees.
The initial due date of the proposals has been extended from June 15, 2016 @ 2 pm to July 5, 2016 @ 2 pm.
