The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is pursuing professional engineering services and accepting qualifications to provide construction feasibility review services. The selected firm will assist SAWS in the review of engineering plans and specifications to determine constructability, verify construction cost estimates, and provide general value engineering services. These services may vary and will be performed on an as needed basis as individual Work Orders.
