The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is pursuing professional engineering design services for the Water Resources Integration Program (WRIP) Phase 2, Pump Station Improvement Project and is accepting Proposals to continue SAWS’ efforts to improve the Water Resources Integration Program Pump Stations, which will provide the required pressure to transfer water to the integration points. It is anticipated that additional terminal (ground) storage will be required at the Old Pearsall Pump Station, which will be part of this design package. These efforts will require a Scope of Services to be performed by a qualified consultant or consulting firm. The selected firm will be responsible for designing improvements to the Twin Oaks, Old Pearsall and Anderson Pump Stations, as well as existing SAWS infrastructure upgrades and one (1) ground storage tank. Associated work will include, but is not limited to: surveying, subsurface and/or geotechnical investigations, electrical design, hydraulic modeling, and system instrumentation and control design.
