San Antonio Water System

The San Antonio Water System is pleased to announce that its Contract & Capital Project Management System CPMS) is in production and as of June 1^st, 2015, all contracts issued in support of the capital improvement plan (CIP) require consultants and contractors to utilize CPMS to conduct communication through CPMS, which includes all correspondence, submittals, requests for information/proposal, compensation requests and processing, amendments, change orders and other administrative activities as may be required in the contract.

If your firm is expected to receive a (CIP) contract award during March/April 2016, please respond to the email link listed below to register the appropriate members of your firm for training.  This invitation only applies to those firms who will be performing architectural and engineering design and/or general utility, mechanical, electrical, demolition, etc., construction services.

The Training Date for Consulting Firms is Monday, March 28, 2016, and will be Held at SAWS HQ, Tower II, Room 158, and last for approximately 3 hours from 1:00 – 4:00 pm. Please RSVP as soon as possible, as the training session can only accommodate 15 attendees!

The Training Date for Contracting Firms is Friday, April 1, 2016, and will be Held at SAWS HQ, Tower II, Room 158, and last for approximately 3 hours from 8:00 – 11:00 am. Please RSVP as soon as possible, as the training session can only accommodate 15 attendees!
