The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is pursuing professional consulting services for the Basin Planning Consultant (BPC) for the Sanitary Sewer Overflow Reduction Program (SSORP). Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) are being accepted in connection with the project, which will require a scope of service to be performed by a qualified consultant or consulting firm. The selected professional consulting firm will provide consulting services and engineering services to include validating the engineering feasibility for SAWS developed concepts, as well as prepare preliminary engineering reports (PERs). Professional engineering services provided by the BPC shall be in full compliance with Texas Occupational Code Ann. § C § 1001.001.
