SAWS is seeking a Technical Advisor (TA) to provide professional engineering services to assist SAWS in overseeing the execution of the Vista Ridge Regional Supply Project (the “Project”) by Abengoa Vista Ridge (AVR).  The TA will review and comment on AVR’s design, construction, and operations documents; provide construction inspection services; and assist SAWS in its general quality assurance and quality control  efforts and contractual responsibilities through the first three (3) years of project operation. Professional engineering services provided by the TA shall be in full compliance with the Texas Engineering Practice Act.
