Sealed bids are requested by the San Antonio Water System for the design and construction tasks for the relocation of the temporary odor control site at the McAllister Park to a permanent new site located at Henderson Pass.  Ferrous sulfate will be injected to the nearby sewer line from this injection site to prevent unwanted odors due to hydrogen sulfide for the Henderson Pass Odor Control Station Project, SAWS Job No. 13-2511.

Answers to the questions will be posted to the web site by 4:00 PM (CT) on November 24, 2015 as a separate document or included as part of an addendum.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held at 10:30 AM on November 20, 2015 at the Project site behind the Arbor Park Shopping Center at 17700 U.S. Highway 281 San Antonio, Texas.

Sealed bids will be received by the Contract Administration Division, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, Customer Center Building, Suite 171, San Antonio, Texas 78212, until 10:00 AM (CT), December 2, 2015.  Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud in Contract Administration, Suite 169, Customer Center Building, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, San Antonio, Texas. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid price.
