San Antonio Water System

The San Antonio Water System ("SAWS”) is requesting proposals from a qualified firm to provide water and wastewater system revenue and expense projections and/or certification of revenue and expense projections to satisfy certain requirements associated with the issuance of public securities by a Texas political subdivision.

The purpose of the consulting services is to provide SAWS with information sufficient to support certain certifications concerning debt service and fixed obligation coverage. These certifications relate to requirements of the Texas Attorney General to demonstrate the availability of adequate revenues, after prior payment of operations and maintenance expenses, to pay debt service on outstanding and proposed debt obligations in their year of maximum debt service (known as their “Bond Allowable” test), and will include a review of revenue projections, operation and maintenance expense, and debt service.
