2015 Meter Reading Services Program

The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is seeking proposals from qualified proposers to provide water meter reading services in accordance with the terms, conditions, and scope of services contained in the Request for Proposals (RFP).  The firm selected will provide water meter reading services for approximately 184,200 residential water meters during a pilot program of 90 days, with an option to add an additional 552,600 residential water meters during an additional period of nine months.

A non-mandatory Pre-Submittal Conference is scheduled for August 4, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. Responses are due no later than 2:00 p.m. CDT, August 14, 2015.
