 2015 SAWS Wastewater Master Plan for Water Recycling Centers

The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is pursuing professional consulting services for the 2015 SAWS Wastewater Master Plan for Water Recycling Centers Project (“Project”), and is accepting Statements of Qualifications in connection with the Project, which will require a Scope of Services to be performed by a qualified consultant or consulting firm. The services will include (i) preparation of a Wastewater Master Plan that provides a comprehensive review and evaluation of the SAWS water recycling centers for existing conditions and an overall vision for a 20-yr planning period (2016 through 2036) for liquid and solid streams, and (ii) development of a list of capital improvement plan (CIP) projects for rehabilitation, upgrade and expansion requirements for the water recycling centers and associated infrastructure for the planning period, inclusive of phasing, cost estimates and implementation schedules.
