San Antonio Water System

Sealed bids are requested by the San Antonio Water System for the construction to install PVC pipe extensions on two (2) existing 8? and one (1) existing 18? inverts, three (3) new PVC tees with blind flanged cover and 316 stainless steel bolts and hardware, and new 316 stainless steel pipe supports located inside the wet well (including wet well point repair and coating), and to remove the existing access hatch doors and install a new odor suppression access hatch and frame over the existing wet well opening for the Iron Horse Lift Station Odor Control Measures Project, SAWS Job No. 08-2504.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held at 10:00 a.m. on June 2, 2015 at the San Antonio Water System’s Iron Horse Lift Station, 12493 FM 1560, Helotes, Texas 78023.

Sealed bids will be received by the Contract Administration Division, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, Customer Center Building, Suite 171, San Antonio, Texas 78212, until 10:00 a.m., June 9, 2015. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud in Contract Administration, Suite 169, Customer Center Building, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, San Antonio, Texas. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid price.
