The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is pursuing the assistance of a qualified recruiting firm to provide candidate search services for a Director - Customer Service in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications of this Request for Proposals (RFP).

SAWS is pursuing a recruiting firm to conduct the search for the Director - Customer Service and is accepting Proposals from firms to conduct a search of qualified candidates meeting the job specification for the position and work with designated management of SAWS and the selected candidates until such time that an offer of employment is tendered and accepted.
