SAWS is issuing this Request for Proposals for the services of an executive recruiting firm to conduct a national search for a Senior Vice President or Vice President level position to lead the Engineering & Construction Group. The selected executive search firm is expected to conduct a national search for qualified candidates meeting the job specification for this position and work with designated management of SAWS and the selected candidates until such time that an offer of employment is tendered and accepted.
