San Antonio Water System

Sealed bids are requested by the San Antonio Water System for the 2015 Annual Concrete Placement Work Order Construction Contract – Package 2, SAWS Job No. 15-0114. This contract includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all materials, equipment, labor and supervision for the construction of concrete curbs, sidewalks, driveways, retaining walls, wheel chair ramps, steps, rip rap, other designed concrete items, and associated work throughout the SAWS service area on an annual work order contract basis.

A non-mandatory Pre-bid Meeting will be held at 10:00 AM (CT) on May 7, 2015 at the San Antonio Water System’s Customer Center Building, 1^st Floor, Conference Room CR-137, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, San Antonio, Texas 78212.  

Sealed bids will be received by the Contract Administration Division in the Customer Center Building at 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, Suite 171, San Antonio, Texas 78212, until 2:00 PM (CT) on May 20, 2015. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud in Contract Administration, Suite 169, Customer Center Building, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, San Antonio, Texas. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid price.
