The San Antonio Water System is soliciting bids from firms with GISP level expertise for the technical encoding of water/wastewater as-builts data for the purpose of transferring Water Utility Infrastructure information (water and sewer) from engineering design plans and “plan of record” (as-built) drawings to a GIS file consistent with SAWS utility mapping system (Texas State Plane NAD 83 Texas South Central, survey feet). to provide Transfer and Implementation of Data Records to GIS-Ready Files.
