San Antonio Water System

The San Antonio Water System (hereafter referred to as “SAWS”) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (hereafter referred to as “SOQ”) from qualified firms to provide engineering design,   surveying, geotechnical, environmental and construction phase services for most of the design projects included in SAWS’ 2015 capital improvements program. The estimated cost for projects included in this RFQ potentially range from $500,000 to more than $3.6 million.

SAWS anticipates awarding approximately fifteen (15) work order contracts and nine (9) specific project contracts (see chart below) through this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). The projects are organized in the RFQ by the three Engineering departments at SAWS:

·         Collection & Distribution

·         Governmental

·         Production, Recycle & Treatment

Interested firms may submit SOQs for any number of the projects; however, an individual SOQ must be submitted for each project. All SOQs must be submitted to SAWS electronically – no exceptions will be made (see Section V. Submitting a Response).
