San Antonio Water System

San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is seeking the assistance of a professional public relations / public affairs agency to assist staff in addressing a variety of roles such as strategic messaging, media coordination, events coordination, social/emerging media consultation, and assistance in developing and implementing messaging for targeted public information campaigns to reach key stakeholders. SAWS is accepting proposals from qualified agencies in the San Antonio metropolitan area to continue and expand these efforts to reach key stakeholders regarding programs that SAWS is implementing. The firm hired will perform a specific set or scope of services which are highlighted in this package. They may also be asked to assist in other project related matters that are not specifically covered in the scope of services.

Respondent firms to this proposal request shall not currently have an established contractual consulting with other water or wastewater services agencies.  This includes, but is not limited to, San Antonio River Authority, San Antonio River Foundation, Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority, Edwards Aquifer Authority, Lower Colorado River Authority, and Agua Vista Consortium.
