San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is seeking statements of qualification from consultants to verify construction estimates and to review engineering drawings for constructability. These services will enhance the quality of services currently being provided by improving the accuracy and quality of plan and specification documents. The information that will be developed will be utilized to help ensure that these documents are complete and accurate, coordinated, biddable and buildable as outlined in further detail within the Scope of Services of the Request for Qualifications (RFQ).
