The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide the services as listed in the table below. SAWS will implement these programs for a January 1, 2015 effective date. Respondents should assume open enrollment begins in October, 2014. The contract(s) with the selected consultant(s) shall be effective from January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2019 with options to renew for three additional one-year periods; however, implementation services may begin as early as August 1, 2014.
