San Antonio Water System

The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is requesting Letters of Interest to evaluate processes capable of demonstrating environmentally-sound and economically-viable systems of management of brackish desalination (desal) concentrate. Any entity wanting to partner with SAWS on concentrate management in the future is encouraged to respond to this Letter of Interest and, if applicable, complete a process demonstration to the satisfaction of SAWS.  All Letters of Interest must be received by March 21, 2014, no later than 2:00 p.m. CT.
