San Antonio Water System periodically enlists the assistance of a diverse cross section of customers to review current water and wastewater rates and other SAWS fees. The purpose of the committee is to make recommendations regarding future rate structures. The last review was completed in 2015.

In 2019, SAWS is once again conducting a cost of service and rate design study.
