The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is accepting statements of qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms interested in performing underwriting services. SAWS anticipates appointing qualified firms to an Underwriting Pool from which firms would be selected to serve as senior manager, co-senior manager, and co-managers. The pool is expected to remain in effect for a period of five (5) years or until a new pool is appointed by the Board of Trustees. Senior managers, co-senior managers, and co-managers will be selected from the same pool. However, firms may indicate a preference for being considered solely for the role of co-manager.
