REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is pursuing data management services for Backflow Assemblies Test and Maintenance (T&M) Reports and Customer Service Inspection (CSI) Certificates. SAWS is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide data management and administrative support services for Backflow Assemblies. The solution will improve the data management of Backflow T&M Reports and CSI certificates. It will also improve notification and customer communication, along with supporting SAWS enforcement efforts.
The Scope of Services below identifies the objectives of the acquisition and is used as a focusing tool for both SAWS and qualified firms. While requirements are listed, SAWS intends to provide maximum flexibility to qualified firms to propose an innovative approach that they believe meets the requirements for consideration by SAWS.
