The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is seeking a General Retirement Plan Consultant to provide expert advice and assistance relating to SAWS retirement plan investments and the administration of those plans.
SAWS’ retirement plans include the San Antonio Water System Retirement Plan, the District Special Project Retirement Income Plan, the San Antonio Water System Retiree Health Trust and three deferred compensation plans (collectively “the Plans”). SAWS also participates in the Texas Municipal Retirement System (TMRS).
The role of the General Retirement Plan Consultant is to provide advice to the Plan Sponsor and Investment Committee regarding the administration of the Plans and investment of Plan assets. The consultant will be required to offer expertise and assistance to SAWS in a number of areas. Not all services may be required during any given calendar year.
