San Antonio Water System

The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is seeking to procure, using the Request for Competitive Sealed Proposal (RFCSP) method, a Budget Development Software Solution that is compatible with SAWS’ existing financial accounting system. The system will be utilized to facilitate the development of SAWS’ annual operating budget. SAWS’ operating budgets are currently being managed with the current budgeting system (Lawson Budgeting and Planning V 9.0.1). SAWS would like to have a single source for managing all facets of the operating budget that allows for centralized data collection and consistency in the quality of financial control; enables SAWS to do multiyear budgets and provides tools to departments to track and analyze their budgets throughout the development stages.
