The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is pursuing professional engineering design services and accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) in connection with the 2017 Pipelines Engineering Services Condition Improvement Work Order Contract, which will include the rehabilitation and replacement of small and large diameter water and/or wastewater facilities for unspecified projects which will require a Scope of Services to be performed by a qualified consultant(s) or consulting firm(s) on a work order basis. Consultants should have familiarity working on projects using trenchless technology within the City of San Antonio (COSA), Bexar County, the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), and other governing agencies right-of-way.
