The San Antonio Water System (“SAWS”) is requesting Statements of Proposals from experienced mapping firms with demonstrable experience mapping water/wastewater as-builts for the purpose of transferring Water Utility Infrastructure information (water and sewer) from engineering design plans and “plan of record” (as-built) drawings to a GIS file consistent with SAWS utility mapping system (Texas State Plane NAD 83 Texas South Central, survey feet).
