Sealed bids for the purchase of LAND (“SAWS LAND”) described below will be received by SAWS Contract Administration, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 north, Customer Service Building, Suite 171, San Antonio, Texas 78212, until 2:00 PM, (CT) July 9, 2014 (the “bid deadline”).

DESCRIPTION:   

Being 19.065 acres of land situated in the J. Barrit Survey No. 66, Abstract 47, County Block 4317, and the Wm. T. Neil Survey No. 62, Abstract 544, County Block 5197, Bexar County, Texas, being more particularly described in Exhibit “A” attached to the Purchase Agreement and Bidding Instructions and made a part hereof. 

NOTE TO BIDDERS:    THE MAJORITY OF THE SAWS LAND IS WITHIN THE 100-YEAR FLOOD PLAIN AND A CREEK, POTRANCO CREEK, FLOWS THROUGH THE SAWS LAND.  THE SAWS LAND MAY NOT BE DEVELOPABLE.

LOCATION:

The property is an irregularly shaped parcel bordering Hwy 90 on the North and Cagnon Rd. on the East and is located in the southwest quadrant of San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas.  Located on MAPSCO, page 646 grid A5.
