The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is requesting submittals in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP) from consultants qualified and experienced in consulting services for the 2022 Small, Minority, and Woman-owned Business (SMWB) Enterprise Policy and Process Update Consulting Services project.
