The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide water meter reading services in accordance with the terms, conditions, and scope of services contained in this Request for Proposals (RFP). The firm selected will provide water meter reading services for up to 3,210,468 residential and commercial water meters, for two (2) 12-month service periods with three (3) optional 1-year extensions.
