Sealed bids for the purchase of LAND (“SAWS LAND”) described below will be received by SAWS Contract Administration, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 north, Customer Service Building, Suite 171, San Antonio, Texas 78212, until 3:00 pm, November 1, 2011 (the “bid deadline”).

DESCRIPTION:  

 

A tract of land out of the northwest portion of Lot Three (3), Block Thirty (30), New City Block 11573, INSPIRATION HILLS SUBDIVISION, according to a plat of said subdivision recorded in Volume 3377, Page 22, of the Deed and Plat Records of Bexar County, Texas, being the same property conveyed to the City of San Antonio in the instrument dated October 21, 1953 and recorded in Volume 3407, Pages 510-511, Deed Records of Bexar County, Texas.

The property is located at 101 Bloomfield Drive near the intersection of Bloomfield Drive and Bandera Road. Located on MAPSCO, page 581 grid A6.

 

Sealed bids are to be submitted on SAWS bid form. The bid form contains the terms and conditions under which the property will be conveyed and prospective bidders should familiarize themselves with the bid form. Such terms and conditions may include reservations of easement rights to the property. Bid package, property information and forms may be viewed and down loaded from saws web site located at WWW.SAWS.ORG, select business center, then select bidder, consultant, and vendor registration, which is located on the left-hand side of the screen.
