The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive services for the establishment and administration of a Section 115 irrevocable trust (Trust) for other post employment benefits (OPEB).
The intent of this RFP is to identify and select interested firm(s) to provide comprehensive services for the establishment and administration of an IRS-approved Section 115 irrevocable trust relating to SAWS’ obligations for other post employment benefits.
The contract, once awarded, will be for an initial three-year period with an option to extend the term for up to two additional one-year periods.
