The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is pursuing a contract with outside collection agencies to collect on accounts that were charged off after being inactive for a period of three months or more. Proposals are being accepted to continue the efforts of SAWS to maintain the ability to provide service at lower rates and decrease the amount of revenue loss as a result of uncollectible accounts which will requirea Scope of Services to be performed bya qualified collection agency or agencies..
