The San Antonio Water System (“SAWS”) is requesting Statements of Qualifications from experienced Program Management Firms for the implementation of the design and construction of service center facility projects for SAWS according to a comprehensive in-house analysis of the Service Center Facilities.  The successful respondent shall provide certain technical services such as project control, communication, information management, scheduling, cost management services, construction administration and commissioning the projects associated with the Service Center Facilities Program.  Responses are due no later than September 30, 2011 @ 4:00 PM Central Time at the SAWS, Customer Center Building Tower II, Contracting Department, Contract Administration Division, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, Suite 171, San Antonio, Texas 78212

The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) has made the decision to terminate the current Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Program Management Services for the Service Center Facilities.  As SAWS evaluates recent changes to its operations that involve the incorporation of Bexar Metropolitan Water District service center facilities, the Program Management Services scope will be redeveloped and a new RFQ for these services will be published.  Email notification alerts will also be sent to those firms who have registered as SAWS vendors and have selected Architectural and Engineering Design as their service interests once the new RFQ is published.
