Sealed bids are requested by the San Antonio Water System for the turn-key installation of a self supporting 190’ communication tower, to include lightning suppression system, and security fencing at the Leon Creek treatment facility located at 1104 Mauerman Road, San Antonio, TX 78224, for the Leon Creek Communications Tower Project, SAWS Job No. 11-6004

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on August 29, 2011at the San Antonio Water System’s Leon Creek Facility, 1104 Mauerman Road, San Antonio, Texas 78224.
Sealed bids will be received by the Contract Administration Division, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, Customer Center Building, Suite 171, San Antonio, Texas 78212, until 2:00 p.m., September 7, 2011.
Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud in Contract Administration, Suite 169, Customer Center
Building, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, San Antonio, Texas. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's
check, certified check, or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid price.
