The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is pursuing professional engineering services for the Broadband Access Points & Programmable Logic Controllers Replacement – Phase 1 project. The project includes the development and interface of new radio and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) communications infrastructure with the existing broadband backhaul network that will provide secure and reliable communications, and will allow for the continued monitoring and controlling of equipment at various SAWS facilities; and the replacement of radios and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) at various Production facilities. SAWS is accepting Statements of Qualifications in connection with the Broadband Access Points & Programmable Logic Controllers Replacement – Phase 1 project, which will require a Scope of Services to be performed by a qualified consultant or consulting firms.
