The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is seeking Best Value Bid to purchase mail standardization and presort software license and its maintenance and support services to support SAWS mailing needs.

SAWS requires that the software solution has address correction capabilities and is able to sequence the address list. Software license shall also be CASS and/or PAVE certified by US Postal Service and has the ability to use USPS Intelligent Mail Barcode (IMB) system. It is required to be compatible with SAWS current hardware and database environment and can integrate with the Infor - CIS 8.3 software product that SAWS currently utilize.
