The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is seeking proposals to establish contracts with qualified and experienced contractors to provide Background Investigation and Verification Services (BIVS). The services resulting from the award of this solicitation are to be available to SAWS and its current and future service contractors on an as needed basis under the same pricing and terms and conditions agreed to on these contracts.
