The San Antonio Water System (“SAWS”) is soliciting bids from vendors to provide labor, materials, equipment, supervision and all work necessary to inspect, and record the condition of designated wastewater collection system pipelines 21 inches and less in diameter and manholes. Work is done on designated gravity mains and manholes located within the SAWS wastewater collection system service area. The mains are almost entirely clay and concrete pipes.
