Vendor shall provide well plugging services including labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, obtaining permits, coordination, and quality control. Contractor shall be required to perform these services upon SAWS direction, in areas designated by the SAWS authorized representatives. Well plugging shall be performed in compliance with all applicable regulations and specifications contained herein. Well plugging must begin 7 days upon award of this contract and all work completed within 30 calendar days of the contract being awarded.
