The San Antonio Water System is soliciting bids to Contract covers the purchase of PRECAST CONCRETE THRUST BLOCK referred to as "Product" on an as needed basis as requested by SAWS for delivery to the point of placement as required by SAWS. Products purchased under this contract will be utilized as anchor and thrust blocking for water system of SAWS and DSP.
