The San Antonio Water System is soliciting bids to Contract covers the purchase of Water Meter Valve Locks to shut off and secure water service for non-paying delinquent customers. The proposed Water Meter Valve Locks must incorporate a design that can be installed that secures the water meter valve and prohibits a person from easily removing the lock and re-establishing water service.
