SAWS is looking for a turnkey Meter Reading System. The proposed Meter Reading system must be a turnkey system incorporating state-of-the-art hardware and software technology. The proposed system must be completely compatible with SAWS’ in-house software written in Common Business Oriented Language (Cobol), which runs on an IBM Z0S Operating System and all major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. The system shall be comprised of all new equipment, major components of which must be produced by established manufacturers who guarantee to provide parts and service for as long as the components are in use.
