The San Antonio Water System is soliciting bids to plug Conrad #3, Franklin #2, and Straus Medina Wells in compliance with all applicable regulations and specifications contained herein. Contractor shall provide all resources necessary, including but not limited to labor, materials, supervision, equipment, tools, coordination time, obtaining permits, etc. to complete well plugging operations.
