The San Antonio Water System (“SAWS”) is soliciting “Best-Value” bids from a manufacturer, its manufacturer’s authorized representative, distributor, or supplier, to purchase an autosampler and a Purge and Trap concentrator and software necessary in order to retrofit a Agilent 6890N Gas Chromatograph (GC) paired with an Agilent 5973 Network Mass Spectrometry (MS) Analyzer to analyze volatile organic by EPA 524.2 or 624 in water and wastewater matrices.
