The San Antonio Water System is soliciting bids for one time purchase of Oracle Software Update License & Support for SAWS Information Services (IS) Department to provide SAWS the ability to test and review upgrades and changes. This will also address best practices when upgrading Oracle versions and allow SAWS to have coterminous Oracle licensing in our existing and new environments.
