The San Antonio Water System (“SAWS”) is soliciting “Best-Value” bids from a manufacturer, its manufacturer’s authorized representative, distributor, or supplier, to purchase an Inductively Coupled Plasma-OES (ICP) Spectrometer System for the analytical determination of trace metals in water, wastewater and solid matrices. ICP system comprised of instrument, auto-sampler, chiller and computer. The system will contain software applications for data acquisition, data processing and data reporting that will be utilized at the San Antonio Water System Laboratory, located at 3610 Valley Road, San Antonio, TX 78221. Bidder will be responsible for delivery, installation, training, service agreement and repair if damaged in setup. It is SAWS’ intent to award to the vendor that provides the “Best Value” bid for the instrument, training and services requested.
