Annual Contract for Lawn Maintenance Services at Wastewater Treatment Plants and Various Associated Properties

San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is soliciting bids for the services of a landscaping and lawn maintenance Contractor to perform routine and non-routine services at SAWS WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANTS and VARIOUS ASSOCIATED PROPERTIES.
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and transportation necessary to perform grounds maintenance services on SAWS properties.
Immediately following the Pre Bid Meeting on June 20, 2012 there will be an optional site tour. The site tour will last until approximately 5 p.m. with a break for lunch. The tour will visit one property on Bid# 12-1253, one property on Bid# 12-1250, one property on Bid# 12-1251, and two properties on Bid# 12-1249. A shuttle will be provided leaving and returning to SAWS HQ. We ask that only one person per company attend the site tour due to limited seating.
