The San Antonio Water System is seeking Best Value Bids for environmental laboratory sampling and testing accredited by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). In addition to accreditation, the laboratory must be able to perform testing under the TCEQ Lab approval process and be in compliance with the Public Water System Supervision Program. The SAWS Environmental Laboratory Services (ELS) requires support for various projects outside the scope of its routine function or when, for various reasons, testing and sampling cannot be performed by the SAWS staff.
